Standard Operating

At Makassed ABSS, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) ensure that all ABSS team is operating based on a formalized coordinated process. The SOP guide is a reference for all instructional and non- instructional staff members. It aims to maximize productivity, achieve efficiency, reduce errors and ensure uniformity of performance. The SOP are agreed upon by Makassed Education Directorate and fall in the following areas: General Administrative policies, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, Student Affairs, School Services, Safe Environment School and Community. Our policies and procedures are implemented, monitored, evaluated and adjusted continuously based on SOP revision policy by the Education Office at Makassed.
