Welcome to Abi Bakr El-Siddeeq School (ABSS), a proud member of the Makassed Philanthropic Islamic Association of Beirut. Since 1923, ABSS — the second Makassed school — has been a cornerstone of quality education, serving Kindergarten through Grade 6 in a safe, caring, and inspiring environment.
We are Cognia-accredited (since 2013, re-accredited 2020), a Cambridge International School since 2018, and CELF-A recognized for French. Beyond academics, STEAM, Social Emotional Learning, and The Leader in Me help every child grow as a confident, ethical learner.
